An ever-growing world population, climate change, the death of insects and changing consumer demands pose new and more complex problems for agriculture. I am particularly interested in exceptions, peculiarities and everything unexpected because in precisely these areas we can innovate to feed everyone well and sustainably and to create a better future for all of us.
